Members grant digisys the permission to scan their web site from time to time and to extract the property data from their site which they need in order to satisfy the search criteria of its visitors. Digisys shall do everything reasonably possible to ensure that no data from the members' web site shall point to any other commercial website.

Our members shall do all in their power to ensure that direct contact details are not contained within the description part of the property details at their site or any other data which they know that we will scan and put onto our site. They also indemnify Datasys from any liability resulting from the storage of their data here.

Members shall remove properties which they know to be sold, or change their status accordingly to reflect the current position which the property holds on the market.

Any duplications in property details are purely accidental and Digisys accept no liability for any of our visitors who may prefer to visit the same property which may be advertised by another of our members at the same time on our web site.
